David Pryzbylski is a labor relations counselor and employment law adviser. David resolves legal challenges for employers, incorporating business strategies with compassion for the human elements of managing workforces. David advises companies in virtually every industry, including steel, healthcare, mining, grocery, telecommunications, construction, automotive, manufacturing, technology, retail and more.
Much of David’s practice involves assisting employers with traditional labor matters. His experience spans collective bargaining, work stoppages, arbitrations and union avoidance training and strategies, as well as union representation elections, unfair labor practice charges, contract administration. He has extensive experience with numerous labor unions around the country, including the Steelworkers, Teamsters, Sheet Metal Workers, Longshoremen, Boilermakers, CWA, UFCW, UAW, IAM, IBEW, BTCGM, SEIU and trade unions such as the Carpenters, Pipefitters and Laborers.
