Glen Kellett advises clients on wide-ranging intellectual property issues including IP procurement, portfolio management, and enforcement and monetization strategies for a company’s IP portfolio. He focuses his practice in high-tech innovation and endeavors, working closely with clients to provide effective and significant IP portfolio value to achieve their business goals.

Glen is a skilled leader in patent preparation and prosecution of highly technical inventions. He works with his clients’ in-house counsel, executives, and inventors to improve innovation identification, acquisition, and protection in order to achieve business objectives.  Glen helps clients develop IP workflows and portfolio strategies that provide effective solutions to maximize their coverage, as well as opportunities to monetize their portfolios. He further counsels clients on licensing agreements, patent opinions, and due diligence in support of client acquisitions.

Glen has nearly 20 years of experience assisting clients in patenting technical innovation. Over those years, he has built in-depth experience and knowledge in many technological areas including:

Prior to joining the firm, Glen was a research associate for Indiana University. He concentrated his research in the areas of artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, communications, and integration of heterogeneous databases. His research resulted in the publication of several journal articles.
