According to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services webpage, filing for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status renewal and associated employment authorization documents has temporarily resumed, due to a federal court order, on the same basis as prior to Sept. 5, 2017. Eligible applicants who may have missed the initial filing window may consider filing as soon as possible.
