Throughout the process, David treats his client's business and affairs as if they were his own. David’s client engagements span a broad range of industries, including hedge funds, banks, manufacturers, recycling companies, insurance companies, retail chains and consumer goods companies. David’s diverse experience allows him to more effectively help clients make the right decisions. Notably, he is frequently asked to serve on clients’ boards of directors, a testament to his personal commitment to those he serves. 

David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who began his career as a tax specialist. This experience helps David to understand financial data and decision-making, profitability, risk, reward and return on investment. When serving as a trusted adviser, David is a professional who not only understands the law, but also knows, from extensive first-hand financial analysis and experience, the basis on which business decisions are made.

Prior to private practice, David worked for two years in the U.S. Senate as a principal aide on tax and business matters. In addition, he also served as legal counsel to former U.S. Sen. Rudy Boschwitz (R-Minn.).
