Ali is committed to achieving client objectives efficiently, maximizing recovery, and conserving time and resources, while staying one step ahead of the opposition.

Ali represents a wide range of stakeholders across the capital structure, including debtors-in-possession, trustees, creditors, statutory creditor and equity holder committees, bondholders, financial institutions, and third-party purchasers of distressed assets.
