McKinney School of Law in 2022 and his B.A. from Wabash College in 2019.

A business transaction advisor in the Chicago office, Vera Oldenburger advises on a broad range of domestic and international corporate and transactional matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and other corporate transactions.
