Benjamin Lobley advises both sell-side and buy-side clients with respect to trading agreements and transactions, including those involving derivatives futures, options, and digital assets such as cryptocurrency.  He also assists clients with agreements for prime brokerage, margin lending, term commitments, repurchase (repo) transactions, securities lending and securities forward transactions.

Benjamin’s practice involves negotiating a comprehensive range of agreements for both cleared and over-the-counter derivatives products. This includes ISDA master agreements, credit support annexes, swap execution and clearing documentation, collateral segregation arrangements, and confirmations for various instruments such as equity swaps, options, forwards, credit default swaps, interest rate swaps, foreign exchange swaps, currency options, and commodity hedges. Additionally, he provides guidance on regulatory compliance with Dodd-Frank and the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR).
