Vera has a comprehensive advisory approach and consults with both buyers, sellers, sponsors and investors in M&A, sales, joint ventures and private equity fund investments. Prior to her legal career, Vera gained experience in various sectors, including retail, e-commerce, energy and infrastructure and software service, allowing her a deep practical understanding of clients' needs by thinking outside the box.
Her experience also includes helping companies form and operate legal entities. She has assisted with; annual and special board and shareholder meetings, inter-company agreements and other related general corporate activities, debt and equity offerings, and financing. Vera has particular knowledge in the areas of software, technology, medicine, healthcare, and sustainable food production.
Vera is a certified lawyer and mediator in Germany. Prior to joining the firm, Vera was a corporate law attorney at a Munich-based law firm.
Vera was born and raised in Ahlen, Germany, where she volunteered with the local art association. In her spare time, Vera enjoys visiting art galleries, institutes and museums on the hunt for art, especially local art, doing sports such as running, yoga and calisthenics, and cooking.
