Passion-driven, focused, and meticulous, Will Amberger represents and advises clients on a diverse range of labor and employment issues. Will is dedicated to helping clients find desirable solutions to employment matters and disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Will sharpened his writing and research skills as a judicial law clerk at the Indiana Court of Appeals. Will gained experience in the appellate process, including drafting legal memoranda analyzing complex issues, arguments, and legal authorities and preparing opinions, decisions, concurrences, and dissents in a variety of civil and criminal matters.
