M&A Compliance Due Diligence CLE

In this fast-paced, interactive seminar, our partners will share insights and wisdom gained from years of conducting due diligence into critical compliance areas, such as anti-corruption, government contracting, environmental, import/export practices and data transfers. Through a series of hypothetical scenarios, we will explore best practices for examining and addressing potential compliance issues during your due diligence process, in your acquisition agreement, and immediately post-acquisition. These practices are intended to help you evaluate whether you have the appropriate procedures and provisions to mitigate your compliance risk than you are prepared to manage.
