Barbara Dunn O'Neal of the Chicago office, David Frazee of the Washington, D.C., office and Joshua Rosenberg of the Los Angeles office teamed up to present to meetings, travel and hospitality executives at the Association of Destination Management Executives International’s Emergency Preparedness Certificate Program in Las Vegas on Nov. 14-15. Barbara focused on contractual issues, while David focused on liability and litigation issues and Joshua wrapped it up with key insurance coverage issues. Given the success of this year's programs, Barnes & Thornburg was the only legal team at the 2017 program and will continue to be the only legal team to participate in 2018.
