Attorney Presentation - The Annual Health Law Symposium

Laura Seng of the South Bend office and Julie Veldman Harris and Bill Nolan of the Columbus office presented at the Annual Health Law Symposium sponsored by the Indiana State Bar Association in Carmel, Indiana, on Oct. 10. The symposium is a full-day program focused solely on healthcare law. Laura spoke on "Response Planning for Billing Mistakes, Internal Audits and Government Investigations." Julie and Bill presented on "Non-Compete and Non-Solicit Agreements for Healthcare Providers.” The president of the ISBA Health Law Section noted that this year’s symposium was extremely well-attended, and stated that the ISBA can always count on Barnes & Thornburg to provide excellent speakers for their events.
