Attorney Presentation - "Health Law Symposium"

Dori Cain of the Indianapolis office and Laura Seng of the South Bend office presented at the 7th Annual Health Law Symposium sponsored by the Indiana State Bar Association on Nov. 2 in Indianapolis. The symposium is the featured full-day program of the ISBA each year focused solely on healthcare law. Dori presented "HIPAA Hot Topics, Managing Contracts & Conquering the BAA Blues" and Laura presented "Discounts, Waivers & Hardship Policies: Structuring Compliant Billing Policies for Healthcare Providers."
