Attorney Presentation - "Terminating Patients - Pointers for Physician Practices"
Laura Seng of the South Bend office presented a webinar for the Physician Practice Managers group of firm client Indiana Rural Health Association on Jan. 26. Laura's presentation was entitled "Terminating Patients - Pointers for Physician Practices" and provided information and best practices on how to "fire" a patient from a medical practice while avoiding charges of patient abandonment.
