Dino advises clients on a wide range of agreements, including those involving derivatives, futures and options, crypto and other digital assets, prime brokerage, margin lending, term commitments, and the custody, netting and optimization of collateral. He also guides clients through master agreements governing repurchase (repo), securities lending and securities forward transactions.

For corporate clients, in addition to interest rate and foreign exchange hedging, Wu advises on equity derivatives transactions, including accelerated share repurchases, forward share repurchases and sales, and call spread and capped call overlays to convertible debt issuances.
