Michelle is experienced in conducting internal investigations and witness preparation for grand jury appearances, federal agency proffers and depositions. She is skilled in handling electronic discovery issues and has managed virtually all phases of discovery for criminal and civil matters. Conscientious and practical, Michelle brings a results-oriented approach to help guide her clients through these matters, one step at a time.

Michelle’s work is focused on adeptly guiding clients through both internal and government investigations. She also helps clients respond to third-party inquiries and government subpoenas.
