Mark has tried complex, high-stakes litigation in courts across the country involving patent infringement, breach of contract, breach of warranty, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, theft of trade secrets, defamation and product liability. In addition to litigation, Mark also advises clients on proactive strategies that are designed to help minimize or avoid disputes and potential liability. He also counsels clients on issues regarding supply chains, intellectual property strategy, contract terms and conditions, and advertising practices.

Mark is a regular contributor to presentations and publications on topics related to litigation and contract issues. Prior to joining the firm, Mark was a partner of Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP and a member of its litigation group.
