ELKHART – Driving toward expanding product lines in the RV industry, Barnes & Thornburg client Jayco Corp. and the Bontrager family sold their company to Thor Industries, Inc., in a $576 million transaction. Barnes & Thornburg advised Jayco Co, which was the world’s largest privately-held recreational vehicle manufacture and headquartered in Middlebury, Ind., in the transaction, covering M&A, antitrust review and compliance.
