2021 featured a transition to a new presidential administration and a constantly evolving legal landscape, leaving most human resource professionals with more questions than answers.

During this seminar, Mike Palmer and some of his Barnes & Thornburg colleagues will summarize key 2021 labor and employment law developments and explain what to expect in 2022 with regard to COVID-19 mitigation requirements, non-compete enforcement, state law labor and employment law trends, the I-9 process, EEOC and DOL priorities, and much more.

During this seminar, you will also learn about the steps you can take to address these legal developments, remain compliant, and maintain a vibrant and safe workplace.

The luncheon presentation will be offered in-person and virtually.

Tickets to attend live are $25 for members; $30 for non-members. You must be logged in to your Michiana SHRM account to receive the member pricing. Face masks are required.
