The last few years have seen an unprecedented level of activity in state legislatures around noncompete agreements – notification requirements for new employees, wage-based limits on who can have noncompetes, and a host of other wrinkles.
And those laws in other states matter to many employers more than they realize. We will review these changes and what employers with noncompetes should do about them.
