  • Charlie Edwards will discuss insurance for defense and indemnity against COVID-related lawsuits
  • Garrett Llewellyn and Kristen Richer will take a look at the current class action landscape, emerging trends and recent types of class actions filed
  • Kathleen Anderson will address the range of potential labor and employment potential litigation risks resulting from employers making quick decisions without clear real-time interpretative guidance, including those related to pandemic orders and statutes; existing federal and state statutes; contracts; and other issues
