Stephanie T. Greene Duffy is of counsel in the Columbus office of Barnes & Thornburg, where she is a member of the firm's Real Estate Department. Her practice focuses on virtually all aspects of real estate and real estate finance, including complex construction and permanent financing, joint ventures, equity funds, new markets tax credits, low-income housing tax credits, and historic rehabilitation tax credits.
With 15 years of experience, Stephanie has a strong reputation in the industry and is known for being a fair negotiator with the ability to work hard and get the job done for her clients.
She represents and has developed deep relationships with financial institutions, investors and developers, working with them on various financial matters. She has frequently played a leading role in equity and debt tax credit financings throughout the country, including those involving the use of historic tax credits, low-income housing tax credits, new markets tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, tax increment financing, and similar sources.
