Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg full time, Jimmy was a summer associate with the firm. He performed permit searches for real estate development opportunities, reviewed complex film financing contracts, and researched and drafted memoranda regarding advanced music copyright and generative artificial intelligence issues.
Jimmy also gained valuable experience as a summer clerk at the UCLA Veterans Legal Clinic, where he conducted client intake interviews, evaluated clients’ needs and strategized solutions with supervisors. He wrote briefs and memoranda for Veterans Affairs benefit claims, expungements and ability to pay waivers.
Jimmy is not regularly admitted to practice in the local courts of California.
