OVERVIEW

Cam Chambers combines his passion and persistence with a unique ability to analyze challenging issues and devise the appropriate steps to move a matter forward. His experiences working in the financial industry and interning for the local judiciary help him offer clarity and sound advice to corporate clients.

Cam guides corporate clients through virtually all stages of complex commercial litigation. His focus includes shareholder disputes, corporate governance, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duties. Cam assists by drafting complaints and briefs and performing research on a range of legal issues related to disputes. He approaches matters with a client-centered perspective, focusing on effective communication and problem-solving to achieve the client’s optimal outcomes.

During his time in law school, Cam honed his skills and gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chancellor Kathaleen St. J. McCormick of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Notably, he successfully represented clients before New Jersey State courts, in accordance with New Jersey rule 1:21-3 (b), through the Rutgers Law School housing and advocacy clinic.

Before joining the firm, Cam was a J.P. Morgan private bank associate and managed fiduciary accounts for ultra high net worth clients within the bank’s Trust and Estate Department. Cam was a three-year letterman and wide receiver for the Michigan State Spartans.

Cam is not regularly admitted to practice in the local courts of Delaware.
