LOS ANGELES – Barnes & Thornburg represented Secur-Serv, a division of Transom Capital Group-backed Scantron Corporation, in its acquisition of Btech, a managed information technology (IT) services provider.
The acquisition will continue to expand Secur-Serv’s reach in the financial sector and provide Btech’s clients with an extended service portfolio, including on-site managed devices, 24/7 server support, and public cloud management.
