Lili has assisted corporate tax, real estate and entertainment departments with general corporate and transactional needs. She primarily focuses on business entity and real estate transactions, nonprofit and for-profit entity matters, and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and due diligence matters.
Lili is involved in a broad array of transactional endeavors. Her experience ranges from business entity formation, management, dissolution and restructuring to management of various business and commercial real estate transactions, and preparation and submission of franchise registration, amendment and exemption filings.
Moreover, Lili also develops business organizational structures and project oversight, maintenance and management systems. Her years of experience give her insight into effective processes and methods of resolution as they relate to corporate and real estate matters.
