An associate in the Boston office, Alison Casey has significant patent litigation experience in federal district courts across the country and on appeal at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, including complex disputes, which involve a broad range of technologies in the pharmaceutical and electronic arts. Casey earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2013, as well as her M.A. in higher education administration in 2007 and her B.A. in political science and communication in 2005 from Boston College.
Carol Edelson, an of counsel in the Chicago office, is an environmental generalist who works on matters involving water, air, and underground storage tank regulations, and also on environmental, social and governance (ESG) analysis and related business endeavors. Edelson applies her intimate knowledge of business operations to counsel clients on a range of environmental compliance issues. She earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1989 and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1986.
An associate in the Chicago office, Natalie Salazar focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense, securities enforcement, and government and internal investigations, and other financial litigation matters in both federal and state court. Salazar advises clients regarding regulatory compliance and enforcement in connection with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the False Claims Act (FCA) and Anti-Kickback Statute, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) violations and insider trading issues. She earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2016, her M.B.A. from The Ohio State University and her B.S. in business administration The Ohio State University in 2009.
Bradley Schober, an associate in the Atlanta office, focuses his practice on advising a range of clients in virtually all stages of tax-incentivized corporate and real estate transactions. Schober helps syndicators, developers, lenders and investors in tax-incentivized transactions involving federal and state tax credit private equity investments. Schober also counsels clients on transactions dealing with historic, low-income housing, and solar tax credits. He earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2021 and his B.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland in 2018.
