Kelly has more than 20 years of experience in attorney recruiting, professional development, wellness, and diversity with mid-sized regional and international law firms. She specializes in helping firms design a comprehensive attorney development vision and strategy, fostering the firm’s culture, and enhancing legal talent engagement.
Kelly partners with Barnes & Thornburg’s stakeholders and provides strategic and operational oversight of the firm’s legal talent development functions, including training, career development, integration, compensation, diversity and inclusion, performance management, wellness, mentoring, and sponsorship.
Active in the legal talent arena, she has served in numerous leadership roles and shares her insight as a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
