Natalie leads the firm’s HR functions and operations. She provides strategic oversight and leadership across all areas of HR, which encompass talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, coaching and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and labor relations.
As a trusted human resources business adviser, Natalie collaborates with firm leadership and with the firm’s general counsel and labor counsel to strategize the best approaches on a variety of labor and employment matters.
Before joining Barnes & Thornburg, Natalie spent the past 25 years leading human resources at a Fortune Global 500 company. Natalie held various roles in recruitment, talent management, talent strategy, DEI, HR systems and HR program/project management supporting between 200 to 32,000 employees globally. As the company’s Global HR Ventures & Acquisitions Operations and Reporting Lead, Natalie supported the HR operations and reporting for a team of over 200 employees globally with oversight of all reporting, budgeting, recruitment, talent development, and performance management throughout the business vertical.
