Natalie focuses her practice on affordable housing and community development matters involving low-income housing tax credits, new markets tax credits and historic rehabilitation tax credits. Conscientious and dedicated, Natalie advises clients on a range of real estate, tax credit, and commercial finance matters.

Natalie represents investors, lenders, and funds in connection with equity and debt financing for the construction or rehabilitation of multifamily properties.
