Joseph Gergel is passionate about delivering results to his clients through his deep knowledge of the courts and civil practice. Joseph is a motivated problem-solver with a diverse range of experience in civil and criminal matters. 

Familiar with virtually all aspects of pre-trial, trial, and post-trial practice, Joseph has experience conducting in-depth research and drafting critical motions over a wide array of civil matters – both procedurally and substantively.
