Barnes & Thornburg Welcomes New Attorneys and Legal Professionals

Barnes & Thornburg has added corporate, litigation, intellectual property, and government services and finance attorneys and legal professionals to its Columbus, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis and Los Angeles offices.

An of counsel in the Columbus office, Kristopher Armstrong concentrates his practice on complex litigation matters. With over 20 years of experience, Kris is an analytical and creative advocate for his clients. Prior to joining the firm, Kris served as a master commissioner at the Ohio Supreme Court. He earned his J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2004 and his B.A. from Kenyon College in 2000.

Marley Brimberry, a patent technical specialist in the Indianapolis office, works with attorneys and clients on matters involving many areas of intellectual property law. She offers over a decade of research experience with a targeted interest in enzymology, molecular biology, enzyme engineering, protein X-ray crystallography and various biotechnologies. Marley earned her Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of Georgia in 2022 and her B.S. in biochemistry from Indiana University in 2014.

A staff attorney in the Indianapolis office, Bradford Hines routinely guides clients in the public and private sectors through virtually all stages of state and federal regulatory proceedings. Bradford is a trusted adviser to clients on many aspects regarding federal utility regulation matters and utility regulation before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. He earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2019 and his B.A. from Xavier University in 2015.

Nabi Menai, an associate in the Los Angeles office, is a corporate attorney with a robust background in providing strategic legal counsel to early and late-stage private companies across a spectrum of industries, including life sciences and technology. Nabi has experience in navigating complex financing transactions and general corporate matters. He earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2020 and his B.A. from Brandeis University in 2017.

An associate in the Fort Wayne office, Logan Stevens counsels clients through an array of corporate and real estate transactions. Logan advises buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, represents companies and investors in venture financing, and represents developers in the acquisition, sale, financing, and development of real estate, and similar transactional matters. He earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2019 and his B.A. from Ball State University in 2017.
