Bradford calls upon his background in government to help clients navigate complicated systems and compliance challenges that arise as business and government intersect. Bradford advises investor-owned and municipal utilities, government agencies, private organizations and individuals on a wide variety of matters.
A skilled communicator and researcher, Bradford advises clients on regulatory compliance, contractual matters, employment issues, and appellate matters.
Bradford has a deep understanding of Indiana’s utility regulatory landscape and the necessary government and regulatory processes on the local, state and federal levels.
Prior to joining the firm, Bradford served as an assistant general counsel at the IURC, where he reviewed compliance filings and contracts, drafted appeals, and supported internal legislative teams by providing legal analysis of proposed utility industry legislation.
