Logan’s diverse skillset allows him to navigate legal matters spanning a broad spectrum of industries. With a keen eye for detail and strong negotiation acumen, Logan drafts, reviews, and negotiates intricate contracts. He advises buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, represents companies and investors in venture financing, and represents developers in the acquisition, sale, financing, and development of real estate, and similar transactional matters.
Before joining the firm, Logan gained an invaluable mix of legal experience at a Fort Wayne-based law firm. He served in the United States Air Force as part of the 122 Fighter Wing in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
