American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) - Practical Guidance From Final Rule

Kevin Stanek, Greg Stype and Dustin Meeks presented a webinar to the Ohio Municipal League and the Ohio Municipal Attorneys Association, “American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) - Practical Guidance From Final Rule." Dustin and Kevin provided a detailed overview of the Final Rule on the implementation of the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds established under the American Rescue Plan Act, which takes effect April 1, 2022. They discussed the changes made by the final rule, prohibited uses, expanded lists of permissible projects and programs, and how municipalities can remain compliant in their spending and reporting.
