Attorney Presentation - "Legally Hiring & Firing Employees in Indiana"

Hans Murphy and David Pryzbylski of the Indianapolis office presented a seminar on "Legally Hiring & Firing Employees in Indiana" to a group of HR and management professionals at the Indiana Chamber of Commerce on Feb. 10. They covered a wide variety of issues ranging from new hire applications and interview strategies to legal issues to be mindful of when making discharge decisions. In addition to highlighting legal issues, Hans and David discussed best workplace practices to stave off threats of litigation down the road.
