David Pryzbylski is a labor relations counselor and employment law adviser for employers across the United States. He resolves complex legal challenges by integrating business strategy with a practical understanding of workforce dynamics. David advises companies in a wide range of industries, including steel, health care, mining, grocery, telecommunications, construction, automotive, manufacturing, technology, and retail.
Much of David’s practice involves advising employers on traditional labor matters. His experience includes collective bargaining, work stoppages, arbitrations, union avoidance strategies and training, union representation elections, unfair labor practice charges, and contract administration. He has worked with numerous labor unions across the country, including the Steelworkers, Teamsters, Sheet Metal Workers, Longshoremen, Boilermakers, CWA, UFCW, UAW, IAM, IBEW, BTCGM, SEIU, and various trade unions such as the Carpenters, Pipefitters, and Laborers.
Growing up in a Pittsburgh 'steel family' with people on both the management and union side gives me a comprehensive understanding of labor dynamics."
