Christina Janice presented “Tough Topics in Employee Complaints and Investigations” at a meeting of the Western Arkansas Human Resource Association, an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). The presentation focused on trends in HR investigations as the workforce returns to the workplace, including mental health behavioral impacts of COVID-19, incivility, employee wage theft, hate speech, microaggressions, and cancel culture, along with strategies to strengthen investigation processes and organizational culture.
