In addition to civil recoveries, we have ex-AUSA attorneys who serve as liaisons between the client and the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigations, when necessary, to investigate and prosecute, and/or defend mortgage fraud cases, including the defense of officers/directors in criminal and quasi criminal matters.
