Warren Biro

Warren primarily represents investment banks, commercial banks and other sources of debt capital in a variety of commercial lending transactions, including asset-based and cash flow credit facilities, venture debt financings and leveraged acquisitions.

Warren regularly handles major financing transactions for key participants in the technology, life sciences and middle market space, which gives him a keen understanding of current trends and what is considered “market.” 

In 2022 alone, he represented clients in credit facilities with a transactional value of over $1.9 billion, including unitranche facilities in excess of $750 million.  

Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Warren represented lenders and production companies in a large number of television, digital media and film-related financings at another top-tier law firm in the entertainment space.
