Warren Biro focuses his practice on guiding his clients through a range of technology, life sciences and middle-market debt finance transactions. He is relied upon for his depth of experience, commercial instincts, responsiveness, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Warren primarily represents investment banks, commercial banks and other sources of debt capital in a variety of commercial lending transactions, including asset-based and cash flow credit facilities, venture debt financings and leveraged acquisitions.
Warren co-leads Barnes & Thornburg’s venture debt group, and regularly handles major financing transactions for key participants in the technology, life sciences and middle market space, which gives him a keen understanding of current trends and what is considered “market.” He has represented agents, lenders, participants and companies in credit facilities aggregating in excess of $10 billion.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Warren represented lenders and production companies in a large number of television, digital media and film-related financings at another top-tier law firm in the entertainment space.
