Tom Everett is a pragmatic and diligent problem-solver. Tom seeks to efficiently resolve disputes and add value to clients’ businesses by steadfastly advocating for their best interests, regardless of the litigation or potential litigation they may be facing.
On a day-to-day basis, Tom performs legal research, drafts memoranda and related documentation, and assists with a wide range of litigation matters.
He served as a summer associate and law clerk with the firm, as a legal extern with NiSource, Inc., and as a research assistant to two Notre Dame law professors before joining Barnes & Thornburg full-time.
Before attending law school, Tom taught middle school math with Teach for America in Detroit and worked for a regional insurance broker. While earning his undergraduate degree, Tom studied abroad in Santiago, Chile.
