Terry supports the firm’s Real Estate Department in a broad range of matters. Her experience includes commercial leasing involving the review, drafting, negotiation and abstracting of retail and office leases on behalf of both national and local tenants and landlords.
She is also involved in preparing and recording real estate transfer documents for the estate planning and family law groups, drafting of loan opinions for both borrowers and lenders, searching real estate records, reviewing title commitments and surveys, and assisting with residential and commercial closings.
In working with attorneys in the Corporate Department, Terry assists with formation of business entities in a variety of states. She is also called upon for the drafting of organizational documents and company resolutions and authorizations, monitoring of required annual filings for those entities, and other business-related projects.
