Shane Solinger advises a variety of business and creditor clients in corporate law and commercial restructuring matters. Shane is valued for his commitment to supporting the client team and ability to analyze and translate challenging or complicated issues into clear and actionable solutions.
Shane focuses his practice in the area of general corporate law, representing clients in a wide variety of industries. In this capacity, he assists closely held corporations in meeting their goals throughout virtually all stages of the business life cycle, including corporate formation and through the sale of the business.
In addition, Shane assists creditors in restructurings, debt recovery and related commercial litigation. His experience includes representing both secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcies, as well as overseeing multiple foreclosure actions.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Shane gained legal experience as a summer associate for in the firm’s Minneapolis office and through an internship with Spectrum Brands, Inc. He also gained experience through a congressional internship in Washington, D.C.
