Paralegal Ogochukwu Chukwuma offers an understanding of what it takes to help corporate clients achieve their business goals. She is focused on finding the best solutions for whatever challenges are influencing clients’ legal and business decisions.
Ogo supports an array of business transactions and is responsible for document drafting, revision, and filing for transactions and client communication. She also assists with acquisitions and divestitures and drafting articles of incorporation, bylaws, and initial minutes.
Prior to joining the firm, Ogo was a social strategy assistant at the University of Chicago, where she managed social media platforms and content creation for the Division of Social Science.
