Henry Doran

Henry has experience advising clients in a variety of complex and fast-paced transactions, including multibillion-dollar M&A deals, early stage company financings, and corporate restructurings.

Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Henry was an associate in the New York and Los Angeles offices of a global law firm. As a law student, Henry worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Richard J. Sullivan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Henry is not regularly admitted to practice in the local courts of California.
