Pablo provides legal counsel for intellectual property matters regarding patents and trademarks, including freedom to operate opinions, as well as providing support for intellectual property-related litigation. He has experience with various technologies, including software, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, signal processing, cybersecurity, mobile devices, and other computer-related technologies.
Prior to joining the firm, Pablo practiced law in Colorado, where he litigated child dependency and neglect matters.
Pablo is not regularly admitted to practice in the local courts of Minnesota.
