Kyle has researched and analyzed patents and technologies spanning numerous fields of invention, including software applications, consumer electronics, systems and methods for 3D design and manufacture, networking systems, automotive technology and medical devices.
Kyle has been actively involved in most stages of patent litigation including pre-suit diligence, complaint filing, written discovery, claim construction, expert discovery, mock trial, pretrial, post-trial motions, and inter partes reviews.
Prior to joining the legal industry, Kyle was a graduate researcher at the Minnesota Institute for Astrophysics, where he studied the characteristics of distant galaxies by analyzing digital images from the Spitzer Infrared Space Telescope.
Kyle also previously worked as a lab technician at an industrial machinery manufacturer, developing products for use in commercial graphics, building and commercial services, and optical systems.
