Jenna has experience defending major domestic manufacturers and distributors in medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer product litigation. Her experience also includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes involving a wide array of business disputes, including contract actions, restrictive covenant disputes, and trade secret misappropriation.
Jenna is valued for her strong, creative, and persuasive writing and litigation skills, which she has honed through drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and managing discovery.
As part of her practice, Jenna regularly presents and writes on matters relating to medical device defense and trade secrets. She is also an active member and contributor to the State Bar of Texas’s Trade Secret Committee.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Jenna interned for the Honorable Renee H. Toliver in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas during her time at Texas A&M University School of Law.
