Kristin Froehle represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters across numerous industries. Kristin is committed to her clients, bringing an unflagging work ethic, client-oriented approach, and strategic mindset to achieve results for clients in all stages of litigation.
In addition to her commercial litigation work, Kristin has experience in a range of substantive areas, including product liability, First Amendment, contract disputes, patent litigation, antitrust and False Claims Act matters.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Kristin practiced in the Washington, D.C., office of a large national firm in complex civil and general commercial litigation. She was a summer associate at Barnes & Thornburg in 2017.
During law school, Kristin was a student attorney in both the Juvenile Justice Clinic and Unemployment Insurance Clinic, and also worked as a law clerk for the University of Michigan General Counsel’s Office.
Before attending law school, Kristin was a consultant at PwC. During her undergraduate years, Kristin interned in Spain and Argentina, as well as at the White House for the Domestic Policy Council.Kristin is not regularly admitted to practice in the local courts of Indiana.
