Gilda is responsible for a range of business immigration cases including but not limited to adjustment of status (AOS), Program Electronic Review Management (PERM), and PERM audit responses, request for evidence (RFE) responses, H-1B, H-1B1, L-1A, L-1B, E-2, E-3, EB-5, O-1, Q-1, N-400, N-600, I-140, I-601 waivers, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and TN status.
She also drafts and files employment-based immigration and non-immigrant petitions with a concentration on EB-5 cases, PERM recruitment, and I-9 audits.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Gilda was an immigration paralegal and specialist with Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP and Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, as well as with Rush University Medical Center.
